Respect for the individual is the bedrock of all that TAG Partners, LLC teaches. This respect for the individual extends to all of the stakeholders of an organization: customers, employees, supervisors, managers, executives, suppliers, partners, and communities all need to be treated with respect. For example, is it respectful of our own team members if they are asked to do tasks that are littered with waste or are unsafe? Is it respectful of our communities if we waste precious resources because of mismanagement, poor processes, or carelessness?
TAG Partners, LLC has multiple workshops and modules that teach this guiding principle of respect for the individual. We emphasize the need to tap into the energy, skills, and knowledge of all stakeholders to make significant changes for the betterment of all. Organizations that respect their people and harness their creativity are four times as likely to succeed as those that do not. When organizations demonstrate respect in all of their interactions they are far more likely to be successful than those that do not.
