TAG Partners, LLC was founded in 2019 by Tom Goetter who has over 25 years of experience in the world of Operational Excellence, also called Lean Process Improvement. His expertise includes directing and managing a global business development and sales organization, managing manufacturing operations for the largest division of a Fortune 100 manufacturer, and leading all engineering services, including product development and research development, for a global electrical products manufacturer.
Tom worked for over seven years with one of the world�s pre-eminent consulting practices interacting with clients in both healthcare and manufacturing and sharing with them his knowledge and passion for excellence. His areas of focus include strategy deployment, leadership coaching, and operational excellence.
